How It Works

All boxes are shipped out between the 15th and 20th of the month. In order to give time to produce the cards, order the gifts from the vendors and pack all of the boxes, the last day to order is the last day of the previous month. Below are the last days to order the boxes and their ship out dates.

June Box:

Last day to order: May 31

Ship out dates: June 15-20

July Box:

Last day to order: June 30

Ship out dates: July 15-20

August Box:

Last day to order: July 31

Ship out dates: August 15-20

September Box:

Last day to order: August 31

Ship out dates: September 15-20

October Box:

Last day to order: September 30

Ship out dates: October 15-20

November Box: 

Last day to order: October 31

Ship out dates: November 15-20

There are three ways to purchase our boxes.

1. Purchase a one-time box for yourself or as a gift.

With this, you'll receive one box when they ship out for the month, which is between the 15th and the 20th.

2. Purchase a monthly subscription box.

With this option, you will pay a cheaper price than the one-time boxes, but you will receive a box every month and opt-in for recurring payments. The payments will occur every 30 days from the day you originally ordered, regardless of when the boxes go out. You will always have the option to cancel or opt out of a month.

3. Purchase a 6-month prepaid subscription.

With this option, you will pay a cheaper price than the one-time boxes and the monthly boxes. You will receive a box every month for six months, but you will only have one payment every 6 months. The payments will occur every 180 days from the day you originally ordered, regardless of when the boxes go out. With this option though, you will be paying all of the shipping for six months with the original cost.



Q: What can I expect in my subscription box?

A: When ordering, you have t he choice between 5, 10 or 25 cards in each box. There will be five unique cards with matching envelopes and postage for each card within your box. If you choose 10 cards, you will receive two of each set. If you choose 25 cards, you will receive five of each set. On top of that you will have one or two gifts that we have sourced from other small businesses. You have the option to add on cards from our Add-On Shop or Vintage Shop to be included in the box.

Q: How do I purchase a Lucky Dog subscription?

A: Simply go to our "Subscription" page and choose the subscription that best fits you.

Q: What is the order deadline for this month's box?

A: All orders must be placed on or before the last day of every month to receive the next month’s box. If the order is placed after the last day, you will receive your box the following month.

For example, if you placed an order on February 18th, your order would be processed as a March Box and will shipped with our March orders. If you placed an order on March 1st, your order would be processed as an April Box and will be shipped with our April orders.


Q: What if my Lucky Dog products are damaged in shipping?

A: We hope this never happens but if for any reason it does, we are more than happy to send you a replacement immediately. Please let us know and we will provide you with a return label to ship it back us so we can send you a replacement.

Q: When will my first box arrive?

A: All orders placed will be shipped between the 15th and 20th of the following month.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is included in the cost of the box. Shipping domestically (U.S.) with the five and ten card boxes is $8 per month. The 25-card boxes are $10 per month. For the 6-month prepaid option, you are paying for all six months of shipping as well.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes and no. We are currently working out the system to add that to our online shop. If you are international, reach out to us so that we can create a custom listing for you to ship directly to you.

Q: Can I modify my shipping address?

A: To modify your delivery address login to your account to make changes to your profile. NOTE: All changes must be made on or before the 10th to be applied to that month's box.


Q: Can I put a hold on my account?

A: If you would like to skip a month you will first need to log into your account. Once logged in click "manage subscriptions" in the top right corner then click "delivery schedule" and select "skip this delivery,” which can be found on the right side of the page. Your subscription will proceed normally the following month.

Q: Why was my subscription renewed?

A: Lucky Dog is a recurring monthly subscription that will charge you after each cycle unless you put a hold on your account or cancel your subscription before your next ship date.

Q: When will I be billed?

A: You will be charged immediately after your first order and then moving forward you will be billed every 30 days for the 1 month recurring plan and every 180 days for the 6-month prepaid plan.

Q: How can I cancel my account?

A: We hate to see you leave but if you must go... You can cancel your account any time before the last day of the month before the next shipment cycle. You can do so by logging into your account by clicking the icon in the top right corner of our website, click "Manage Subscriptions" and select "Cancel."

Q: How can I modify my billing information?

A: To modify your billing address or card on file simply login to your account to make changes to your profile.


 Q: What is your return & refund policy?

A: All sales are final and nonrefundable once an order has been processed. However, we want everyone to have a great Lucky Dog experience & your feedback is important to us. If you have any issues or concerns please let us know.
